Maplais Ómra is an amber ale brewed with maple sap instead of water. Brewed with two different caramel malts to lend some sweet character and body and as well as Magnum, Centennial and East Kent Golding hops to bring some balance. This beer has a complex flavor profile starting with an English hop character and giving way to flavors of maple, toasted bread and caramel. Small batch offering so enjoy it while it lasts. This beer was a collaboration with the Marquette Homebrewers Club. Sean Rooney provided the sap for this offering.
