Tricephalic Head Tripel

This is our Belgian-Style Tripel brewed with Pilsner malt and German hops. This is the same yeast strain as the Gnome Wrecker so you may notice a familiar fermentation characteristic in the flavor profile. This beer is a project in the works and we plan to brew this one several times with different yeast varieties for the sake of experimentation. Be sure to give us some feedback and let us know what you think.

Biere Bella

Biere Bella is our Golden Ale that is one of my favorite beers to make. I named this beer after my daughter and it is as unique as she is. We use a Belgian yeast strain to give this beer its complex fermentation characteristics. It is dry and has a higher ABV% so enjoy carefully.

Gnome Wrecker Belgian Pale

This is a pale beer that has aroma of spicy pepper/citrus as well as fruity esters due to the Belgian yeast strain that this ale is fermented with. This beer is brewed with bitter orange peel, coriander and grains of paradise which can add a very unique and complex spice character. People once believed that grains of paradise only grew in Eden and had to be collected as they floated down the rivers out of paradise.

Substitute for Love

This is a big special amber/red ale that has a feisty ginger zing that is quickly followed up by a blend of orange peel and thyme that leaves a complex, savory finish. Enjoy with a bitter dark chocolate or a salty cheese.

Rotwang’s Robot Belgo Strong Ale

This is a very drinkable, but potent, golden ale that is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain that produces fruity and complex flavors. This beer finishes dry but creates the illusion of some sweetness due to the use of sugar in boil. The hop character is subdued but leaves a little bit of spiciness in the background.
