The King’s Dark Magician Oatmeal Stout

The King’s Dark Magician is an Oatmeal Stout that has a great roasted malt character with a little bit of hop bitterness is the finish. The oats give this beer a great cereal aroma worth sticking your nose into. This beer is dark and delicious and leaves you wanting another one.

Green Pasture Stout

Green Pasture Stout is our version of an Irish Dry Stout. It’s low in ABV and it is quite drinkable. It has a great roast character and its minimal carbonation is just enough to tickle the tongue and form a nice off-white head of foam. Keep an eye out for this beer being served on Nitrogen down the road, it’s going to be a real treat.

Black Shuck Imperial Stout

This is a fiercely rich black stout that you ought not look dead in the eyes. Wrapped in a thick body of flavors ranging from roasted malt, coffee, honey and dark stone fruit, it has a bit of noticeable heat from the high ABV. Be careful if you choose to pursue this teething dog of a beer.

Oblivion Milk Stout

This is a stout with a nice roasted malt character and a big creamy mouthfeel. It is brewed with lactose (milk sugar) which is un-fermentable by the yeast leaving a little sweetness while also providing great body. This beer just may be the oblivion your old beer has just been cast into.
