Building a brewery can be hard work. At the end of the day it actually creates the need to have a beer. Can this be a coincidence? I think not. We are making some progress in the brewhouse. We have brought the floor up about 18″ so we could put all of our plumbing (floor trench drains) in. We also had guys running conduit all over the place for electric outlets and data to be sent back to the brewing office so we can monitor fermenter temps and Mash/Hot Liquor temps. We are now ready to have our floor poured and begin working on the old plaster ceiling. It’s looking more like a brewhouse every day. Stay tuned.
